A More Logical Way to Serve You

Rates are an interesting thing.  While it is imperative to be compensated for a quality service, how in the world does anyone keep track of time for a fleeting thought, brainstorming, shopping, or awakening in the night with an inspired vision?

For me, it seems that the idea of the creative process being confined to time perimeters, is in itself, a counterproductive measure.... If I'm watching the clock, how am I able to fully research, design, and offer the best I can give?

So with those considerations, I choose to work with flat fees.

Percentage Basis

For larger projects, like full home renovations, a major addition, or a new home build, I will provide assistance with design, product research, material selection, and ideas from start to finish.

Since the final project cost will not be determined until these selections are made, a month to month retainer of $500 to $1,000 will be charged, with final balance being determined from the final overall project figures.

Kitchen Design Fees

With our varied lines of cabinetry, from standard to ultimate custom, we think we can offer you whatever you are looking for.

If we design your kitchen, and you take that information to another retailer to purchase your cabinets, a minimum $1,000 design fee will be charged.

Our design fee is billed separate from the cabinets to save sales tax that is not required on services.

Flat Fees

Smaller projects, like one room makeovers, require a much smaller time commitment.  Depending on the size of the room, and what the changes entail, a simple $100 consulting fee may suffice.

If there is  more in depth design required, or the space is a larger room, rates may be applicable up to $1,000

DIY Retainer

If you are a "do -it -yourselfer" and want a personal sounding board, without broadcasting it on the internet, we can set up a month-to-month retainer fee, from $50 - $1,000, depending on project size, for you to consult, "think out loud", get feedback and confirmation that all the bases are being covered.

This can include email, phone, and one-on-one time, for as long as you want assistance.
